I bought a Philips robot vacuum cleaner, and within 2 years I had to send it for warranty repairs 10 times. After the wa...rranty expired, they demanded an excessive repair fee. Since it kept breaking down and going in for repairs, I was never able to use it properly, which caused me great frustration.
