I’ve been using the Philips LatteGo 5500 coffee machine for about a year and have followed all instructions carefully, never placing any non-dishwasher-safe parts in the dishwasher and performing regular maintenance. Since the LatteGo milk container is labeled “dishwasher safe,” I washed it as recommended. However, on 15.11.2025, I noticed that the milk container had cracked. If this part is made from a material prone to cracking, I believe it should clearly state “not dishwasher safe,” just like other components. Encountering such an issue despite using the product exactly as instructed and as labeled has been a major disappointment. I request that Philips resolve this issue by providing a free replacement for the cracked LatteGo milk container and inform me accordingly.
