Kiwi-Home KCM-7542 Coffee Maker Glass is Broken, and No Spare Parts Are Available
I bought the Kiwi KCM-7542 coffee maker from n11.com on September 11, 2023. I was so disappointed when the glass carafe cracked and started leaking during its very first use, which ended up damaging the bottom of the machine. When I called customer service, they told me that the warranty doesn't cover glass breakage. They suggested that I explain my situation by sending an email to s*****@kiwi-home.com. I did it right away, but I still haven't received a response. I have a machine that is completely useless to me now. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
