Philips Aqua XC7053 Vacuum Plastic Part Broke Under Warranty


I purchased the Philips Aqua XC7053/01 stick vacuum on 15/02/2025. On 09/01/2025, the blue plastic connector piece between the tube and the body broke. I have used the product carefully and attentively from the very first day, and there has been no impact, drop, or user error involved. The product is still under warranty, and I have both my invoice and order number (489 158 559 8) available. I have not contacted Philips customer service since they redirect directly to the authorized service. I request that the broken part be replaced free of charge under the warranty. I can provide the invoice if required and kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
