Philips Espresso EP5544 Coffee Machine Leaks Water - I Want Replacement
I purchased my Philips Espresso EP5544/80 coffee machine about a year ago from the Hilltown Teknosa store, and it is still under warranty. For the past week, the machine has been leaking water from the bottom every time I use it. From my research, I have seen that many people are experiencing the same leakage problem with this model, which has been very upsetting for me. I have been choosing Philips for small home appliances for years, but this latest coffee machine has left me disappointed. I contacted customer service about the issue, and they told me to send it to the service center. However, for a product that is only one year old, I am definitely requesting a replacement, not a repair. My order/invoice number is mh02024000008928. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
