The plastic milk container on my Philips LatteGo machine has cracked, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support provided. Despite this being a widely reported issue among many users, no fix or compensation has been offered by Philips. This makes it clear that the problem is likely due to a manufacturing defect, not user error.

I am requesting a free replacement of the broken milk container, as the part failed under normal use and should not break so easily. For a premium product like LatteGo, I expected durability and reliable after-sales service.

Philips, if so many users are reporting the same issue, it’s time to take accountability and replace these faulty parts without charging your customers. Please resolve this quickly—I trusted your brand, but this experience is making me reconsider.

The responses provided never include a solution. The coffee machine I bought for 25,000 lira is faulty, and if you ask them, they say it's user error. Thousands of people are experiencing the same issue, but the answer is always user error. They also sell the spare part for prices like 2,600, and it's not even in stock. Anyone who doesn't want to pay extra for spare parts after using it for a few months should not buy this brand.
