Pegasus Airlines Canceled My Flight and Is Charging a Fee for Refund or Reschedule

I purchased round-trip Pegasus Airlines tickets from Ankara to Düsseldorf (September 19–23) during the promotional period. I bought tickets for both myself and my 5-year-old child, along with separate Flex packages for each ticket and each leg of the journey, which should have provided cancellation rights (a total of ₺1555 round-trip Flex for a single passenger). However, when I tried to cancel my child’s ticket, the Pegasus mobile app and website both informed me that transactions cannot be processed for a single passenger. The system does not allow cancellations for minors without splitting the tickets, forcing me to cancel all tickets together. Despite paying separate Flex fees for each ticket and each way, the system still would not allow me to cancel only one ticket. I then called the Pegasus call center and requested the cancellation of the single ticket, but I was told I would need to pay a ₺3150 processing fee just to allocate a PNR. I was never informed of this condition when purchasing Flex, and the transaction cannot be completed through the mobile app or website. When I said I would take the matter to the Consumer Court, the call center still told me the transaction could not be processed. To avoid further problems, I had to confirm the transaction over the phone. I find Pegasus’s practice unfair and demand a refund of the ₺3150 PNR allocation fee to the credit card I used for payment.
