Pegasus Buy One Get One Free Promo Code Not Working for My Child's Ticket

I am deeply frustrated with Pegasus Airlines regarding their "Buy One, Get One Free" ticket promotion. I successfully used two out of the three codes—one for myself and one for my spouse. However, when I tried to use the third code for my child, who is under 12, I encountered an issue. I called customer service, and they informed me that the code was invalid for children, despite the fact that Pegasus had sent me a promotional code specifically for my child.

This situation is unacceptable, and I feel misled. I am requesting that Pegasus resolve this issue and honor the promotion for my child’s ticket, as promised. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
