Pegasus Airlines Misled Me About Comfort Flex Refund and Kept Part of My Payment

I was planning to buy flight tickets from Pegasus Airlines for my family to Budapest in July. Since there was a long time until the flight, I wanted to check if there was a package that would allow me to cancel and receive a full refund. I reached out to live support, and when I asked the same question, they told me that I would get a refund if I purchased the Comfort Flex package. Trusting this information, I paid ₺28,278 with my credit card on February 6 for my family’s tickets with the Comfort Flex package. However, when I tried to cancel today, I saw that my refund amount was only ₺25,332. Despite being directed by Pegasus' own live support and being recommended this package, nearly ₺3,000 was deducted. This is pure incompetence. I request that my grievance be resolved.
