On August 5th, I called Pegasus Airlines' customer service to seek support for an issue I was experiencing. Unfortunately, despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, I was unable to reach any representative. This situation has caused significant disappointment regarding your company's customer service quality.

My reason for calling was related to Bol membership processes. I couldn’t get any resolution or information about my issue, which has prolonged my inconvenience.

I’m not requesting a refund; I just want a solution to my problem.
