I am frustrated with Pegasus Airlines. This is the fifth time I’ve purchased tickets, paid for them, and had the tickets canceled without receiving a refund. I called customer service, but they always tell me, "We’ll get back to you," and end the conversation without resolving anything.
I booked a round-trip flight from Cologne (November 11) to Sabiha Gökçen (November 13) and paid for the tickets, yet they were canceled. Each time I purchased new tickets after being told the previous ones were invalid, only to face the same issue again. Most recently, after buying a ticket 30 minutes ago, I was told it was canceled despite my payment being processed.
My bank statements show the payments: €155.73, €147.73, €155.73, €170.73, and €157.73. I have no tickets, but my money is gone. I demand an immediate refund for all these transactions. Pegasus cannot keep taking money for canceled tickets and ignoring customers. Fix this now!
