I Face Binomo Withdrawal Rejection That Led to $1,600 Loss During Security Review

On 11/18/2025, I submitted a withdrawal request on Binomo via bank transfer in the amounts of $500 and $239, for a total of $739. However, my request was rejected due to “security reasons,” and I was informed that my account would be placed under review. When I contacted customer support, I was told that this review process would take 10 business days.
During this review period, I was still allowed to continue trading on my account. Unfortunately, during this time I lost $1,600, and as a result, the amount I originally wanted to withdraw also became unusable. Blocking my withdrawal under the justification of a security review, while still allowing me to trade and incur losses, has caused me serious financial harm.
I request compensation for my losses and ask that my grievance be resolved fairly and without further delay.
