I Face Binomo Holding My Money After Successful Bank Transfer
I made a deposit into my Binomo account, but the amount I sent was not credited to my account. I transferred approximately $1,670 to a DenizBank account registered under the name B** G****, as directed by Binomo**, at around 6:00 PM. Despite the payment being completed, the money has not appeared in my Binomo account.
The email address registered on my Binomo account is y*******@hotmail.com**. I have been unable to receive any response from Binomo through support or live chat, and no reply has been provided to me regarding this issue.
I request that the $1,670 I deposited be immediately credited to my Binomo account, or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to me without delay.
