I Can’t Reach Pegasus Customer Support to Fix My Flight Issue

I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the severe communication issues I’ve experienced with Pegasus Airlines’ customer service and live support channels. I’ve tried multiple times to reach someone regarding a problem with my flight, but each attempt has been met with complete silence—no live agent ever joined the chat, and all I got were automated responses.

The waiting times are excessive, and the system either loops endlessly or cuts off the conversation without offering any actual solution. It’s as if there's no real support team available. For a company as large and prominent as Pegasus, this level of customer care is absolutely unacceptable.

This situation caused me not only significant inconvenience but also wasted time and unresolved concerns that could easily have been addressed if I had access to proper assistance. Ignoring basic customer service expectations and passenger rights is both disappointing and unprofessional.

I strongly urge Pegasus to review and improve its customer support processes immediately. I also request a detailed explanation for the lack of service and compensation for the distress and inconvenience this has caused me. Respect for customers begins with being reachable.
