Pegasus PNR Code Not Found – Unable to Reach Customer Service

Hello, I purchased a ticket from Pegasus, but when I entered the PNR code on the website, I received a "PNR not found" error. Frustrated, I called the customer service line, only to waste 3 minutes listening to irrelevant baggage information that I already knew. Despite waiting, I couldn’t get through to a representative.
For a brand as large as Pegasus, the quality of customer service is disappointing. There should be an efficient way to resolve such issues without unnecessary delays.
I urgently request a prompt resolution to this issue. Please provide assistance in retrieving my PNR code or fixing the system error. This experience has been highly frustrating.
