On November 25, I made a deposit into my Binomo account, but starting on November 26, I began experiencing problems with withdrawals. I want to withdraw the total balance of approximately $338 in my account, but despite multiple attempts, the system does not allow the withdrawal to go through.
Regarding this issue, I was told that I needed to verify my card details. I was asked to submit my card number along with my first and last name, and I was informed that once I provided this information correctly, the problem would be resolved. Even though the name on my card exactly matches the name on my Binomo account and I submitted all the requested information, the withdrawal issue continues. Since November 26, I have attempted to withdraw my funds approximately 5–7 times, but every attempt has failed.
When I contacted the Binomo support team through in-app live chat, I was told that this was a general system issue and that their teams were working on it. However, despite the time that has passed, I have received no concrete update, and my withdrawal has still not been processed.
I request that my withdrawal request for the $338 balance in my Binomo account be approved as soon as possible and that the withdrawal be completed without any further delay.
