Pegasus Did Not Let Me Board or Process My Ticket Refund
I purchased a ticket with Pegasus Airlines for a journey from Gaziantep to Istanbul. I got to the airport with plenty of time to spare, but even though my flight was still 35 minutes from leaving, I was denied boarding. It was incredibly frustrating that there wasn't a single staff member at the airport available to discuss the issue. I reached out to customer service because I was feeling a bit lost, and they informed me that I could either get a refund or make a change. However, that did not occur. I continuously monitored the situation, but unfortunately, there was no update or resolution provided. It's really disappointing to experience this kind of treatment after adhering to the guidelines and depending on their support. I anticipated more effective support and more transparent communication.
