I currently have approximately $233 in my Binomo account, but I am unable to withdraw this money because I cannot complete the verification process due to the cards registered in the system. There are three cards linked to my account, and only one of them is verified. The other two cards are unused and unverified, and I want to remove them from the system.
When I try to remove these two unused cards through the platform, the system does not allow me to do so, and because of this, I cannot complete the account verification process. The Binomo support team has sent me emails, but the messages are not clear enough and only state that I need to verify my cards. However, it is not possible for me to verify cards that I no longer use or have access to. My only request is for these cards to be removed so that I can withdraw my funds.
I kindly request that the unused cards be removed from my account, that my verification process be completed, and that I be allowed to withdraw the approximately $233 balance in my account without any further issues as soon as possible.
