The friendly agents assured me that the issue had been resolved and that I could proceed with the purchase. However, I was unable to reach the payment screen due to recurring transaction errors. The last representative I spoke with recommended that I uninstall the app and reinstall it, assuring me that it would work this time. I followed the instructions only to discover that the ticket cost a whopping 5880 TL. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to obtain the ticket. Because the problem is with your system, not with my actions, I'm determined to purchase the ticket at this price. I refuse to pay the current price of 8900 TL. I demand my consumer rights and the original ticket price of 4900 TL.
