Refund Issue for My Pegasus Ticket Canceled On March 25


Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to follow up on my application number 13028456, for which I have yet to receive any concrete response. Last year, due to an overbooked flight under PNR number PQ5ACZ, your supervisor at the check-in counter informed my spouse and me—in writing—that: The ticket amount (₺5,012) would be refunded to my credit card, and A free ticket valid for one year would be issued to us. However, almost a year has passed and neither the refund has been processed nor the free ticket has been issued. For the past week, I have been receiving only automated emails stating that the case is still "under review." When I contact your call center, I get vague answers asking me to “wait.” Meanwhile, the ticket prices have increased, and availability is becoming limited. To prevent further inconvenience and financial loss, I urgently request the following: Immediate refund of the ₺5,012 ticket amount, and Issuance of the free replacement ticket as previously promised. This ongoing delay is unacceptable and severely undermines your company’s credibility. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Board and other relevant authorities. For your reference, I have attached a copy of the handwritten note from your supervisor confirming the refund and contact information for the ticket.
