Pegasus Airlines Unfair Charges and Poor Customer Service

Pegasus Airlines sold me a flight ticket, and despite having paid the airline's fee in advance, I had to cancel my reservation because I accidentally booked the wrong date. They charged me 1,250 Turkish Lira. They are a dishonest company that will hang up on you, so I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with them. I've never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional; as a result, I feel taken advantage of. I will spread the word and inform all of my friends and acquaintances about how they have no satisfied customers. They illegally deducted 1,250 Turkish Lira from my account. I demand that they immediately and fully reimburse me for the fee that they took from me despite the fact that it was not justified. Thank you.
