Pegasus Airlines Cuts Most of the Ticket Fee Even If the Cancelation If Due to Emergencies
December 17, 2023, Sunday, I purchased a Batman-Izmir plane ticket. Due to a significant unexpected issue leading to the cancellation of my trip, the response to my ticket cancellation request, even though only one day has passed since I bought the ticket, indicated that only ₺1900 would be refunded out of the ₺4700 I paid. In this challenging economy, where life is already a struggle, are you such a small company that you'd eye the pennies of people like me? I want my grievance to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible; otherwise, I will pursue my rights through legal channels, including CIMER, the Ministry of Tourism, the Consumer Arbitration Board, and the prosecutor's office.
Unfortunately, there has been no progress. On the contrary, the company defended its mocking actions and not only failed to take any action but also increased my suffering. I will continue to defend and seek my rights in every platform and field.
