Pegasus Airlines Unpleasant Experience and Lack of Customer Care
I'm writing about the Pegasus Airlines branch in Turkey. From ticketing to the airport to boarding, it feels like a swarm of unhappy, hesitant, tense employees intent on scolding. Despite the fact that I've flown with them four times due to international travel, I'm embarrassed to have witnessed constant issues and absurd situations that go unresolved. If the owner or authorities are listening, keep in mind that not everything is about money. Prioritize quality and making people happy. What exactly is going on? Our flights are constantly delayed. There are no explanations, and despite the delays, they are unable to provide a bag that security did not allow. They simply stated that they had closed. It is clear that this is not a company that cares about its customers. They are not something I would recommend to anyone.
