A few months ago, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines ticket from Izmir to Kayseri. Due to unforeseen delays, I arrived at the airport just before departure. While checking in at the Pegasus counter, I was unfortunately met with a rude and loud staff member who reacted poorly to the situation.
Despite filing a complaint with Pegasus, their response was disappointing. They initially indicated a refund for the inconvenience, but I never received any reimbursement.
Such unprofessional behavior, especially during a stressful situation, is unacceptable. Airlines have access to passenger records, and treating loyal customers this way is detrimental to their reputation. If companies don't prioritize customer satisfaction, they risk losing their clients.
Since this incident, I haven't flown with Pegasus again, even when they offer cheaper fares. I recommend you consider other airlines as well.
