I experienced a significant setback with Pegasus Airlines' connecting flights. One of our flights was delayed, causing us to miss our international connection. We arrived at the airport just as the plane was taking off, unable to reach the gate in time. This marks the third and final time my family and I have faced this issue.
I'm saying 'final' because I've decided never to choose this airline again. If Pegasus can't manage proper scheduling, they shouldn't sell connecting flights. To make matters worse, the airport staff were cold and unfriendly, treating us as if we were at fault.
Simply refunding the ticket price doesn't compensate for the inconvenience we've suffered. It's unacceptable to think that monetary reimbursement can make up for our lost time, wasted limited vacation days, and the psychological stress this has caused. I strongly criticize this mentality that believes a ticket refund is sufficient compensation.
I sincerely hope I never need to rely on Pegasus Airlines' services again.
