Long Delays and Unclear Updates on Pegasus Airlines

I've never worked for a worse company in my life. We had a flight at 14:20, but it is now 15:20. While I can deal with minor delays caused by weather or technical issues, this situation is out of control. It's 16:00 and there's still no sign of our plane, with no updates provided. People are irritated, and when we ask for information, the staff simply shrugs or shouts back at us. We've arrived at Ercan Airport in Cyprus, and everyone swears they'll never fly Pegasus again. Even if it means taking connecting flights, I will never again choose Pegasus. It's incredible how a company can sully its own reputation, and Pegasus Airlines is a prime example of how not to run an airline.
