Pegasus Airlines Unethical Delay Decisions - Staff Rudeness

My Pegasus Airlines flight from Kayseri to Sabiha Gökçen was delayed by 1 hour and 45 minutes, just 20 minutes before takeoff, with no prior notice. I approached airport personnel and explained the gravity of my situation, as well as how they could help me. "You'll get to Istanbul when your plane arrives," they said, dismissively and mockingly. I called the airline's main office twice. During the initial call, they stated that there had been no changes and that the flight would depart on time. On my second call, a staff member yelled back, "Delays happen at the airport anyway." This Pegasus Airlines experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was frustrated and disappointed by the staff's lack of communication and condescending attitude. Airlines must prioritize passenger concerns and transparency now.
