Pegasus Airlines' Unfair Ticket Cancellation Policy
I'm writing to express my deep displeasure and frustration with Pegasus Airlines' ticket cancellation policy, which I believe to be severely unfair and unjust. It's disappointing to have such a lack of consideration and understanding from an airline I trusted with my travel needs. I had to cancel a flight just one week ago, and regardless of the reason, Pegasus Airlines decided to deduct a whopping 70% of the ticket price. This exorbitant fee seems completely unreasonable, and it makes me wonder about the ethics of such a practice. I have attempted numerous times to resolve this issue with Pegasus Airlines. I called their customer service several times, filed formal complaints, and have all relevant documentation to back up my case. Nonetheless, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to CMER, IATA, the Ministry of Tourism, and any other relevant authorities. Furthermore, I will not hesitate to share my experience on various social media platforms in order to bring attention to this unjust treatment.
