Pegasus Airlines Charged a Full Change Fee & Offered Almost No Refund

I tried to change my Pegasus Airlines ticket, but they demanded a fee equal to the ticket price, making the change completely pointless. Since this was unreasonable, I requested a ticket cancellation instead. However, I was shocked when they informed me that almost the entire ticket amount would be deducted, and I would receive only 4₺ as a refund.

I attempted to resolve this issue 24 hours before my flight through live support, but I was met with zero flexibility. How is it fair to charge the full ticket price for a simple change and then refuse to refund the money when canceling? This is nothing short of a money trap, and it feels like the airline is taking advantage of passengers.

Pegasus, I demand a fair resolution! Either allow reasonable ticket changes or issue refunds that actually make sense.
