Pegasus Flight Delay and Emergency Landing
On June 12th, we booked tickets with Pegasus for the 08:10 flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Antalya. Our flight was delayed and took off at 08:55, which we accepted. However, 25 minutes after takeoff, the plane had a malfunction, and the pilot announced we needed to return to Sabiha Gökçen. After a long time in the air, filled with stress and fear, we landed at 10:40. They told us it was a hydraulic issue. We were informed the next flight would depart at 11:10, but we were kept on the plane until 12:00. We finally arrived in Antalya around 13:30. It was a nightmare. Our transfer was canceled, and we had to pay a fortune for a taxi. There was no apology or explanation from Pegasus. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Pay a little more and choose another airline. Pegasus is a regret.
