I don’t understand how Pegasus Airlines manages to delay nearly every flight without any prior notice. This has happened multiple times, and this time, I have been waiting inside the plane for over an hour with no clear explanation on when we will take off.
The lack of communication and disregard for passengers is unacceptable. If a flight is going to be delayed, passengers deserve to be informed in advance instead of being left in the dark, sitting in their seats with no updates.
This experience is yet another frustrating disappointment with Pegasus Airlines. I regret choosing this airline again, and I sincerely hope I never have to fly with them in the future. They need to improve their service immediately!
