Pegasus Airlines Persistently Does Not Refund Cancellations

I requested the cancellation of a ticket I purchased on February 11 within two hours, but even after a month, I have yet to receive a refund. Despite numerous phone calls to customer service, I have been consistently told that the refund will be processed, but it has not been. This lack of action is unacceptable and raises doubts about the competency of the service provider. All necessary information, including the ticket PNR number, the time of receipt, and the cancellation time, has been provided in full. Thus, it is unclear what is causing the delay in the refund process. If the service provider cannot promptly refund the price of a ticket, they should not offer such services. As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service. The ongoing delay in processing my refund is unacceptable and I urge the service provider to take immediate action to address this issue.
