Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Refund for 27 Days After Canceling Open Ticket
I purchased an open reservation ticket from Pegasus Airlines to fly to Prague on February 3. Due to changes in my business plans, I contacted customer support on 03.01.2025 to request a cancellation. As of today, 30.01.2025, the cancellation has still not been completed. My PNR code is 31WNAH, and my complaint code is 11716130. Pegasus has delayed the refund process for my open ticket. Initially, there was an error with the refund amount, but after I raised a complaint, it was corrected. However, the refund has still not been processed after 27 days. I request that the necessary action be taken and that this issue be escalated to the appropriate channels.
