Ruffles Chips Contamination Complaint — Plastic Piece Found in Package

Inside the Ruffles Cheese & Onion flavored chips package we purchased, we discovered a foreign plastic bag attached to the chips. When we opened the package before consuming the product, we noticed this plastic piece, which caused serious concern regarding hygiene and production safety.

We purchased the product today, but unfortunately we do not have the receipt because one was not taken at checkout. Nevertheless, I believe this situation may indicate a problem in the production or packaging line, and I would like this issue to be investigated and checked thoroughly.

Due to this negative experience, I request a refund of the amount paid for the product. I would also appreciate a response after the necessary investigation is completed, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
