Refund Issue for My Pegasus Ticket Canceled On March 25

On March 25, 2025, I canceled my ticket with [Ticket Number / PNR Code]. However, as of today, April 1, I have not yet received my refund. On March 26, I received the following message from you and provided the required account details on the same day: "Upon review, it has been determined that your refund could not be automatically processed to the original payment account. In order to proceed with the refund, please reply to this email with your complete account details, including IBAN number, Branch Name-Code, Bank Name, Account Holder’s Full Name, and if it is a foreign bank, also the SWIFT Code." Despite submitting the necessary information, I have not yet received any payment. I kindly request an urgent update regarding this matter. Even though it was late, the issue was resolved.
