Today, I opened a single-pack bag of Ruffles Original potato chips and found a sprouted and fried potato piece inside the package. Seeing a potato sprout inside a chip product, especially in a fried form, suggests that the product may not have gone through proper quality control during the production process.
Because of this situation, I did not feel safe consuming the product.
In response to the issue I experienced, I request that a new, intact, and properly inspected replacement product be sent to me.
