On 30.06.2023, 2 Thy flights and 1 sunexpres flight took off from Samsun Çarşamba airport on the same evening without any problem, but the Sabiha gökçen flight numbered PC2795 was delayed for 45 minutes.  Urgently, the Department of Civil Aviation should urgently change the legislation so that citizens are not victimized. If the citizen is 1 minute late, civil aviation is activated, but when the plane is delayed, civil aviation is activated again, and the citizen is victimized in both cases. I wonder who the civil aviation is on the side of the citizen. Will it be on the side of the citizen and fine the airline companies for delay? But I doubt it. What stopped Pegasus while other airlines' planes were taking off?
