On Pegasus Airlines flight 996 from Frankfurt to Istanbul at 17:45, all passengers were informed that the gate number was D16. The information on the mobile app was also the same. Despite it being 17:15, there was no announcement or staff present. The flight information boards were also not working. It was only through the inquiry of one of the passengers that we, all the waiting passengers in the lounge, learned that the gate number had changed to D20. However, the mobile app still showed the information as D16 and indicated that the gate was open.
In an age where technology is used at such a level, I am complaining about the negligence of Pegasus Airlines.
