Missed Pegasus Flight PC310 18 Aug 2025 Due to Last-minute Gate Change
On 18 August 2025, I missed Pegasus flight PC310 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Batumi (BUS), although I was already inside the airport in transit. At 15:14, the official display still showed: Flight PC310 – delayed – Gate 201A. I was waiting at that gate and even have a photo of the screen as proof. Shortly afterwards, the gate was suddenly changed (apparently to Gate 202A). However, at Gate 201A there was no announcement, no staff information, and no timely update. By the time the change became visible, the aircraft had already departed. Because of this poor communication, I could not board the flight. I was forced to pay for a new ticket and a hotel overnight stay, which caused significant and unnecessary expenses. I request reimbursement of these costs and appropriate compensation. If any other passengers on this flight faced the same problem, please contact me – we should not bear the financial consequences of such organizational failures.
