Despite the "last call," I rushed to the gate, and there was still time to board as the pilot decided when boarding ends. Communication could have been established. Additionally, the Pegasus mobile app notifications are extremely misleading; it stated that boarding had started, but the counter was already closed. The app's notifications are unreliable and confusing.
