We had a flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Seville, Spain on February 15 at 10:25 AM. By 9 AM, we were waiting near gate 506B after checking in our luggage and passing passport control. There was no announcement about the gate opening or the start of boarding. As soon as we arrived at the gate, the screen changed to "Gate Closed," and they refused to let us board. AJet passengers were waiting at the same gate, creating chaos, and we mistakenly thought we were in the Pegasus line. There was no last call announcement, and no one made an effort to call out the names of passengers who had already checked in their luggage. Four other passengers were left behind with us. It seems unlikely that none of us heard the announcements. I contacted Pegasus Airlines customer service, and they sent an email claiming their investigation showed it was not their fault. I want to see the written record of these announcements. We had hotel reservations, Flamenco show tickets, and entry tickets for the Royal Alcázar, Seville Cathedral, and La Giralda, all of which are now wasted. Our financial loss is approximately ₺30,000 due to the airline’s failure to make the necessary announcements. Our return flight is tomorrow, yet they even refuse to refund it. I demand compensation for our loss. Reservation number: V84JYH, Departure flight: PC1109, Return flight: PC1110.
