On September 15, 2025, for my Pegasus flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 07:50 (PNR: 17BJPN), I experienced serious inconvenience due to a gate change. My boarding pass showed gate 408B, but without any announcement, it was changed to 206A. We only noticed the change by chance on the screen, and at that moment, we were informed that the aircraft doors had already closed, even though we were on time at the airport and the boarding gate. When we approached Pegasus officials about this situation, they told us they were not obligated to make an announcement and insisted we had to purchase new tickets. No assistance was provided, and we were told the issue was not related to them. As a result of this incident, I request a refund of the ticket fee I paid, totaling ₺2,718, and ask that my grievance be resolved and necessary measures be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
