Denied Boarding by Pegasus Airlines 40 Minutes Before Flight Despite Arrival

On November 7, 2024, I arrived at the airport 40 minutes before my Pegasus Airlines flight (PNR code: XNGJ2P) scheduled at 23:05. I was denied boarding because I hadn’t completed my check-in. Due to traffic, I made it to the airport only 40 minutes prior to departure, and I wasn’t aware of how to check in online through my phone. Despite being at the airport well in advance, I was refused access to my flight. Ironically, when Pegasus flights are delayed, passengers are expected to wait for hours, but in my case, arriving 40 minutes before was deemed too late. I am deeply disappointed and am requesting a resolution for this unfair treatment.
