I bought a flight ticket from Pegasus Airlines for December 5, 2023, from Istanbul to Antalya. The flight was scheduled to depart at 5:45, and I arrived at the airport at 3:00. The boarding gates opened at 5:10, but they didn't let me board the plane because I was 2 minutes late to the boarding gate. They opened the doors at 5:10 and closed them at 5:25, burning my ticket just because I was 2 minutes late. I arrived at 5:27, and they refused to let me on the plane. The attitude of the staff there was very harsh, unsympathetic, and rigid. I had to purchase a second ticket to travel to Antalya. I demand a refund for my ticket. This message is directed to Pegasus Airlines. Keeping people waiting at the airport for 3 hours and expecting them to board the plane in 15 minutes is entirely unreasonable. Why not keep the doors open for 15 more minutes or even half an hour? Why make it difficult for people? I want a refund for my ticket.
