Unauthorized PayBox Transaction on VakıfBank Card

The amount of ₺1853 was taken out of my VakıfBank credit card on the 16th of December, 2023, without my knowledge, and it was deducted under the name 'Sipay / Sipay'. It has not been determined what the objective of this accusation is. Immediately following the submission of my complaint, I received a message from Sipay informing me that the transaction had been carried out via Paybox. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Paybox. This transaction took place without my knowledge or assistance. In the event that this transaction was performed in error, I strongly urge Paybox to conduct an investigation and swiftly return the cash.
