Fraudulent Payment Attempt by Epic Games Store — Requesting Refund
On September 6, 2025, an unauthorized purchase attempt for ₺7,986 was made using my VakıfBank card ending in 5636 at a merchant listed as EPİC*EPİC Games Store. The transaction did not go through because my account balance was insufficient. However, last month, the same company successfully charged ₺1,049 to my account, and this amount has not been refunded.
I contacted VakıfBank customer service regarding the issue. They canceled my card today but were unable to offer any further assistance. I have also made several attempts to reach Epic Games Store, but there has been no response or support.
These transactions were made without my knowledge or authorization, and I am currently facing financial and emotional distress as a result. I request a full refund of the ₺1,050 that was wrongfully withdrawn from my account and demand that Epic Games investigate these fraudulent transactions immediately.
