Paybox deducted money without my consent, what should I do?

If Paybox took money out of your account without your permission, you should call your bank or card issuer right away to challenge the charge and ask for a chargeback or refund.

A lot of banks will refund these kinds of transactions, and they usually do it within one work day.

The bank will usually look into it and may give you a temporary credit while they figure out the problem.

❗ If the bank doesn't react satisfactorily, file a complaint with Xolvie to get things fixed.
