I am raising this complaint regarding my unresolved issue with the Parimatch account and balance, linked to Ticket #5062273, and the serious financial trouble it has caused me. On 10 September 2024, due to a fraudulent transaction initiated by your payment agent, my State Bank of India account in Hyderabad was placed under lien, freezing an amount of ₹3,93,261.32. Since that date, my money has been blocked, and I have been under constant financial stress for months. Despite continuously following up by email and through your support channels, I have not received any proper or concrete response. I keep receiving the same automated message that “our special team is working on your issue,” but there has been no real progress. Multiple tickets have been created and then closed without any actual resolution, and I have had to send hundreds of emails just to get repetitive system-generated replies. Your support agents repeatedly ask for the same documents again and again, even though I have already provided all the required information multiple times. Each time a different person replies, often with irrelevant answers such as generic deposit or withdrawal messages that have nothing to do with my lien issue. On several occasions, your staff have promised that I would receive my frozen money, but afterwards, another representative contacts me and starts the whole process from the beginning, creating an endless and exhausting loop. This situation is extremely unprofessional and has caused me serious financial and emotional distress for more than five months. I have been patient and cooperative from the start, but the ongoing delays, contradictory responses, and closing of tickets without solving anything are unacceptable. I am formally requesting that you immediately resolve the lien issue on my State Bank of India account in Hyderabad and release my frozen funds of ₹3,93,261.32, as previously promised by your staff. I also expect a clear and final written update on the status of my case, instead of automated messages and repeated document requests. My player ID is 905291042. Please find the promises made by Parimatch staff over email. I have sent hundreds of emails, and they only respond with the same messages, yet even after three months I still have not received any refund. Every time a different staff member replies and each one gives a different story—sometimes they ask for documents, sometimes they tell me to wait for the refund, and sometimes they send completely unrelated emails about withdrawals, deposits, or bonuses. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
