Parimatch Took My Deposit but Never Credited It to My Account

I deposited 500 on January 14, 2025, and although the transaction was successful, the amount was never credited to my Parimatch account. On January 27, I deposited another 200, but that payment also has not been credited. I have sent multiple emails and have been waiting for over a month, yet no action has been taken. Parimatch support team only opens tickets without providing any resolution. I check my account balance on the website every day, but it still shows zero. I have attached my payment slip, the tickets that have been open for four weeks, and my emails to them, but there has been no response or progress in resolving the issue.


I have deposited an amount in Parimatch, but it has still not been credited. They keep repeating the same thing every day and have not resolved the issue for a month. The billing team is not responding to customer concerns. Please take action against this site.
