However, when I tried to open a return request for this item, I have been unable to do so through the system for approximately three months. When I access the return page, it only shows “item in transit,” and because of this, I cannot start the return process.
I contacted eBay via email regarding this issue, but I was not given clear information, the problem was not resolved, and I am still unable to open a return request in the system. Due to this ongoing issue, I am experiencing financial hardship.
